We keep the email, Discord identifiers, and payment reference needed to fulfill and support an order. Cart contents live in your browser until checkout.

Checker tools run in the session you open. Uploaded lists are not written to long-term storage after the run ends.

We do not sell order data. Processors (card and crypto) see what they need to move money — not your Discord password, which we never ask for.

To delete an email from the desk, write Support from that address. Legal holds may delay erasure of a paid order for up to the bookkeeping window in your region.
