RaftarGG sells digital goods. By paying you agree the SKU description, delivery window, and replacement window on the product page are the contract for that line.

Digital goods are delivered to the email and identifiers you type at checkout. A mistyped Discord user or expired invite is not a defect in the product. We will re-run the line once if you send the correct identifier inside the replacement window.

Chargebacks opened without contacting Support first are treated as fraud. The matching Discord user may be barred from future orders.

We are not affiliated with Discord Inc., Spotify, Google, ByteDance, or Netflix. Product names describe the good, not a partnership.

Illegal use of a purchased good (account takeover, unsolicited spam, or attacking a server you do not administer) voids the replacement window and may be reported.
